Insensitivity

When someone says "Good for you" on something, I feel it was worst to share with them the point. I feel that their phrase shows that they care 0 about the matter and the person and communicate that 'I don't care'/It doesn't affect me' in good sounding words

Tone matters. If it’s genuine, then ok. If not, better stop/reduce hanging out with such folks
