one of our experienced team member is not responding to any assigned task, making unplanned leaves , no proper update on daily basis, conflicts with team members , because of this more work and pressure is coming to other team members at last minute of sprint. Manager is also well aware about this but not taking any action against. Sincere suggestions requested. How to handle.

Welcome to the cold reality of TCS. This is true and ngl there must be a reason why they are doing it. They are super critical or has major backing of client or management. Best thing is to follow the same if its the former or upskill and jump.

This is the most common issue in tcs.. because such people have their back from management and they are hired differently, most of them are now oldies because that backdoor is unavailable for new associates
