Insane pressure to be a ‘mini-CEO’ as a PM!
Why does everyone expect us to be like mini-CEOs? I’m supposed to know everything about the market, the tech, and still manage the team? It’s ridiculous! I feel like I’m drowning in expectations. Can we please normalize that we’re not superheroes?

Yeah PMs are not Mini-ceos but they do have to function like one.
