I am currently in B2 and have completed 1 year in this level. I would like to inquire about the mandatory requirements for converting to B3. Specifically, do I need to complete 2.5 years or 2 years at Wipro to be eligible for the conversion?

Additionally, I would appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to potentially expedite this process.

Atleast 2 times 4+ ratings, and Manager is good with you and you communicate the same to him that you are looking for promotion.
