Inquiry About WFO Exception Rules and WFH Allowance

What are the new rules for WFO exceptions in TCS? How many days of WFH are allowed per month? I have a medical emergency and need to stay at home.

You can take 2 exception per month for medical/dependent care . Total 6 per quarter .

Other than that unofficially 3 WFH u can take as target is minimum 85% office presence.

Additionally utilize ur Sick and casual leave one per month

So in total U can skip upto 6 days per month.

Yes,you can take 6 wfh continuously,i took it last week as my MIL had a fracture in her hand,i informed manager and raised request under dependent care,he accepted. And 2office also updated.
