Hi everyone,

I wanted to check if anyone has information regarding the upcoming November appraisal cycle at Cognizant. Specifically, I’m curious to know how much increment we can expect and what the approximate percentage increase is based on the “Go Perform” ratings.

Any insights or experiences shared would be greatly appreciated.
