Trending @Accenture; Inquiry About SAP Certification Nomination

I’m planning to go for SAP certifications. I heard from my manager that an email usually comes where we can nominate ourselves for it. Just wanted to check is there any other way to directly apply or register for the certification without waiting for that email?
