Trending @HCL; Inquiry About Release of Hike Letters

When will the hike letters be released? Last year, we received our letters after the Q2 results, and the CEO mentioned that there could be a difference of one quarter. Since the Q2 results for FY 2025 are due on October 14th, could we expect any updates then?

I also heard that some employees who joined on or before October 2020 received their hike letters last month and saw a revision in their payroll. I hope the same will apply to us as well.
