Trending @Infosys; Inputs on job opportunity with CTS/Accenture/Capgemini

Working for Infosys for more than 8 years now and having aspirations for moving on-site , but I don't see it coming for the coming quarters or years as well. Got an offer from CTS, Accenture and Capgemini.Help me to shed some light for the best choice . Although I had make my mind up for one , still need some knowledgeable folks inputs or guidance
