I have 1.7 YOE DIGITAL , would like to go for innovator wings1
Completed unit electives with external certification
Need Distinction in Business Process Articulation
Thinking to appear for these 3 in May ‘25 cycle. And the main Innovator coding challenge in Nov ‘25 cycle.
But I want to switch after 2 years in tcs for a better salary. I.e., August 2025 I’ll be completing my 2 Yrs.
Has anyone completed innovator cadre. Should I wait one more year and complete innovator or start looking out for opportunities immediately after 2yrs.

If you’re already at the Digital level in WINGS, you must get distinction in all these tracks to become an Innovator:
1. Articulation 2. Any Tech Track (T1 to T15) 3. Process 4. Business Skill 5. Unit Elective
Important Rules as per sop
You can register for 2 tracks + Articulation per cycle.
You cannot register for both Business and Process in the same cycle.
Best-Case Scenario:
May Cycle 2025 :
Register for Articulation, 1 Tech Track, and 1 Non-Tech Track (either Business or Process).
If you get distinction in tech track, you’ll be eligible for the Coding Challenge. consdering u get distinction in articulation and process as well!
November Cycle 2025:
Register for Business Skill and the Coding Challenge.
If you achieve distinction here as well, you’ll qualify as an Innovator and get compensation by January 2026.
note:
Even with proper preparation, getting a distinction in all tracks isn’t guaranteed.
From my experience with 4 years at TCS, it took me 6 cycles to clear all tracks and I still have my Coding Challenge pending.
My Advice:
If you have a good opportunity to switch roles or focus on your tech stack, consider that as an option too.
