Innovator salary
How much salary can we expect for innovator who cleared through wings1?
After clearing the wings 1 program, you will get a new component in your salary called Elevate Incentive of 195000. Your quarterly and monthly variable pay will also increase by a small amount. (In my case - 2k). This component does not change during appraisals even with A band.

I cleared Wings 1 (Innovator) in the May cycle. I haven't received the revised salary yet. You mentioned the hike was around 2 LPA. What is your total salary now, and how many years of experience do you have?
When I asked two colleagues, one mentioned they got a 2.2 LPA hike, and the other said the hike was between 2 to 3 LPA (they had some milestone rewards with the Innovator hike, so they don't know the exact increase for Innovator).
