Why industry leaders and ceo behind our jobs.. Why humans creating such things which will take other human jobs. Why they like to create fear. Try to run company alone on ai then they will realise. This is all industry level tricks so employees stop demanding higher salary and all, soon hr will fire high paying employees and hire at low salary. Is the end near ? I have started preparing for govt jobs can't stay in fear all the time in this industry where leaders always want to take yr job
The moment he lays off his engineers, his investors will wonder why am I paying this guy in crores as salary when AI can do his job as well.
No CEO will give their legacy code to an AI and ask it to keep automating it. No AI is that perfect, even now. But leaders will use this as an excuse to pretend they are doing well, layoff people, get fresh finding and then hire people again.
Frankly speaking, I am not sure why this kind of hype is getting generated, when clearly the ground reality is different. Surely, AI and it's ability to automate tasks is going to make low level jobs redundant, but this. Not sure. If companies are willing to just completely shift on AI, then what's stopping them to throw everyone out and just let their operations run on the AI designed system.
Yes engineers will survive but its the smartest who will ..

I feel at the pace AI is advancing, most of us will be unemployed. The uncertainty is making me anxious, any help appreciated :)
