Initial release letter query

Did anyone receive initial release letter at the time of leaving TCS? When did you receive this letter? My separation HR is useless, she is not replying to any emails so asking experience from you guys.

Escalate, if not received. I received 2 days after LWD after multiple escalations. Finally my project HRBP talked to Separation HR and helped get it sent.

No, it's not present in Alumni portal as well. Process is you should receive this letter on your last working day.

IRL will be issued on LWD subject to clearance of all departments.Servlce letter and final release letter will come within 12days in your personal email
