Inhand salary please :)

Hi Folks .. can someone please calculate inhand salary for this salary structure. Points mentioned in offer letter - 1) Other bonus will be paid to you on a monthly basis (i.e. INR 35416.67 per month). This bonus is paid to you in accordance with the ‘Other Bonus’ clause mentioned in the Offer Letter.

  1. 7% of 14,375(variable component) will come every month in fixed salary
