Currently I am CL11 with a monthly in hand salary of 39K. What is the inhand salary of someone who gets promoted from CL11 to CL10 considering one joined as a fresher at CL12. (NOT FOR LATERAL HIRES)

I joined as fresher at CL 12 in 2020 with inhand salary of 29k after a year got promoted to CL 11 with inhand Salary of 39k and then after 2years got promoted to CL 10 with inhand Salary of 57k
