9.5 lpa inhand in infosys with include of the 10% variable pay, Please let me know what is inhand salary and which is tax is good? New or Old.

I'm about to get an offer from infosys soon, they offered me 8.5 Lpa which includes 90% fixed and 10% variable. My question is how much I can expect monthly inhand after all deductions. If someone knows pls help me out.
I am not happy with my job in TCS. My current CTC is in TCS -: 6 LPA and I got an offer from infosys of 11.3 LPA
