Pre covid also infy has hybrid rule model and now also they are following the same after covid. There is absolutely no change in rule but infact they have given more flexibility after covid. Earlier it was 10days work from home. Now they are giving 12days work from home sometimes 8days also. It all depends on manager, unit and project

I have heard that infosys was allowing wfh 10 days a month pre COVID time also. If that is the case they will not end hybrid in my opinion

Because of the culture shift happening at the organisation.I mean era of Infosys talents who joined in the career after COVID disrupt our culture that we built upon for long years. Its hard for any TL/PM or whoever who is really working to make them accountable for the work they are assigned. Because of that I believe management did wfo plan.. But it affects the resources who put lot of efforts by commuting 4 hours and yet done their work on time with no complain before COVID and they are happy that they could spend more time with family after COVID and working as same what before.now when company asked to RTO it is frustrated and still frustrating because you will still tend to meet people virtually as many team are not colocated. So the conclusion is organisation is not benefiting from the RTO of what they expected.so talents tend to join company where they have been valued their skill and respect the personal well being.

Still many units/accounts in Infy are following wfh or hybrid mode. There is no official communication yet to end WFH.
