Trending @Infosys; Infy seems to be changing its rules on WFH especially for Bench People
- No WFH for Bench people and also bench people will have to work from base location only
- Mandatory 9hrs in office....the previous 3.15 hrs wont do now
- Mandatory 3 days a week.....not any 10 days in a month
Although no official mail has come. But received the news from one of the Teams group

This is absurd! Forcing people to work from base location and 9hrs in office is just exploitation. Companies like Infy should value their employees' flexibility and work-life balance. This is a step backwards!

I think this policy was before as well, my friend was on bench. He had no wfh balance, i think it depends on practicing unit.

Many people I know are still in infy as there is any 10 days wfo.
