Infy Rejected after HR discussion
YOE: 9.5yrs CTC: 25 lpa Exp. CTC: 38 lpa
I have attended 3 rounds of interviews with infosys. Got call from HR as well regarding salary compensation. They said they gonna get back. After 1 month they have rejected the application without notifying/calling me. Anyone have seen such cases with infosys?

Your expectation is too high for their budget and they have found someone at a lesser package
But they have to politely notify the rejection I hope. Lack of transparency.
I worked in Infosys. Max 20% they will offer if Current is 20+ LPA
During HR discussion I put up my expectation as 40lpa. They said they ll try to make it 35 fixed and 3 variable and will confirm back. But still I haven’t received any mail/call regarding negotiation. They directly rejected my application which I found through career portal.
