Trending @Infosys; Infy PIP (NI Rating) - Resignation or Termination?

SSE here, currently on bench with NI rating. PIP start ho gaya hai/hone wala hai. Agar main PIP clear nahi kar pata, toh Infy ka kya policy hai? Do they force a Termination or do they allow Voluntary Resignation with a 3-5 month payout? Honest advice chahiye, should I fight the PIP or just take the payout and leave?

Before starting PIP, HR gives a choice either you go for PIP or Resign with 5 month payout.
