Our unit hikes are delayed to March, wanted to know the current hike which you guys got on the 25th of Feb is of only one year or combined 2 years ? Say oct 23-24 rating were ME and oct 24-25 was CD, so you got ME % + CD % hikes ?

I joined in 2022 and didn't get any hike ,none of my batch mates got that . What's the reason? Are we getting any back log hike or getting any hike this year or not?

It's the backlog hike till date, next hike if announced would be for this year 25-26 for everyone. But for people who haven't got any hike so far since 2023, will have a backlog hike in 25-26 if announced.
