Trending @Infosys; Infy me profile says on bench from 17th July to 30th September

Hi everyone, I’m currently on the bench from 17th July to 30th September after completing my previous project. I joined Infosys in December 2024 as a Full Stack Developer (Angular + Node.js) and have already received my confirmation.

I’d like to understand what typically happens if someone remains on bench till the end of the quarter. I’m also trying to figure out the impact of receiving an NI (Needs Improvement) rating in the previous project — does it affect internal movement or future allocation chances?

I’m just trying to get clarity on the policy and real experiences from anyone who’s been in or seen a similar situation. Any insights or guidance would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
