raise the issue directly with Infy Advantage customer support. they should have a contact email or phone number. don't waste time on apps or portals. just call them up and demand a solution.

Tried to call the number given on app, they keep hanging up mfs

On the mobile app vantage circle, login with email that is linked, then go to account and click gift cards and see the gift cards you purchased then click on resend
