Infra Dev specialist at CTS

I got an offer from cts for Infra Dev specialist role. HR told that I will be hiring as a proactive hiring resource. Means no project now for me. So after my offer released, my profile will be open for any open roles in cts. Project managers will call me directly for client / interal review.

Should I take risk here and join cts now?
