After working for 3 years in Infosys I have realised the below points due to which people are putting in resignations

• Core departments are full of egoistic people who think they are the ones who are running the company .

• Super creamy / creamy layer employee base are the ones getting the actual salary benefits including increments and promotions.

• Slow growth in all the areas.

• Work domain will be bit different from the one mentioned in the job description.

-Delay in all the basic processes from interview till your actual last day of working.
