What is the Infosys work culture like? Is it really as toxic as it looks in the memes?
Infosys work culture is really toxic man. I have seen my friends crying and stressing over work like everyday. There have been times when their leaves were cancelled because there was a lot of pressure. The memes are right, guys. It can be really bad. But unemployment is a bigger problem.
Oh, man! Even talking about Infosys work culture is stressful. But, luckily it is not as hell for me, because I got a really cool manager, who knows that we have a life even outside those cubicles. Probably this is why we also feel like working and submitting work on time. It might sound cheesy but I surely have a work family as we call it.
Haha! The memes on Infosys work culture scares me too. But, I think its a bit of exaggeration. Like ye toh sab jagah hota ki if there’s a pressure on a particular project, the team often has to work for long hours, I think the same only happened in Infosys as well. But, if these speculations are true, them God save them! _/_
I think Infosys work culture is exactly what we see in memes. Because I informed my best friend about my wedding like a year ago so that she can apply for her leaves in advance. She applied as well, but in the last minute they just cancelled it because there’s not much bandwidth. I mean what?!
