Trending @Infosys; Infosys WFO Mandate!!

Has Infosys started calling employees back to the office? What happens if we don't follow the work from office (WFO) mandate rules?

Hi I am not sure if you're sleeping by this time ..i think Infosys has made the WFO mandates 10 days in a month since the start of the January '24...not sure if you are following this mandates or not

For me it got mandatory in December last year , but I am not even going office and not even updating infyme because the working hours will change into days, and apply wfh and waits if it gets approved or not , if approved then don't go office else go. It works for me and now I am serving notice period

It is mandatory on my case if i do not visit office for 10 days then it goes for expectation wfh to manager and they don’t approve it then our leaves will get deducted and they are very strict according to this policy

As per my knowledge, it is different for different units, there are still few units where wfh is in hours. But still they have been asked to work 10 days from office.
Currently can go to any DC, just need to go to base dc atleast 1 day in a month.
