Infosys vs TCS help me decide

Hi all, I am currently working in Infosys from last 10 months. I'm currently making 8.1 fixed + 80k variable.

TCS offered me 10.5 fixed plus 60k variable.

Shall I join TCS or it's not worth it? YOE: 3yrs 4 months
