Infosys v/s TCS
Hi,
I have two offers Infosys - 11 LPA TCS - 12 LPA
3+ YOE Tech stack - Java, Spring Boot
Which company should I join?
TCS any day
Reason?
TCS is the better company, but you should join Infosys, TCS has a policy of not taking the Employees back once they leave the company, so once you feel your package is good enough and you feel like settling in a company for rest of your career, at that time you should join TCS
Bro check in hand ctc from both cause both are shit, cause In infosys for 11lpa you will receive around 68-74k in-hand tcs I dont know if variable is less in tcs then go there. The variable thing is the worst in infosys
Pretty much same but I would say TCS is more stable

Don't know about Infosys, but TCS is a shithole where HRs rule and techies are treated like pets.
