Infosys vs TCS

So i recently got selected for both infosys and tcs Infosys packages is 3.6 but tcs is 3.3 Which should i join Can anyone give me pros and cons

Infosys is systems engineer role and tcs is ninja

Join infosys because if you join tcs and then leave TCS you cannot rejoin so make TCS ur retirement company..

Don't join TCS ..3.3 means you will actually only get 2.9 or less. 3.3 gross and net will be lesser than 2.9
