Infosys vs Product Based

I am confused between two offers 1 - Infosys, Kolkata - 12.5 Fixed and 1.39 variable (paid quarterly) 2 - A Product Based Company, Hyderabad - 15 Fixed and 75 variable ( paid annually )

Both have similar WFH policy.

Please help me to decide.
