Infosys vs persistent

I have two offers — Infosys with 10.5 LPA and Persistent with 12.5 LPA. Which one should I choose? Please suggest

Yes, in persistent if there is no project then they will put the employee into a pip kinda program and then game over
Recently I have heard from my ex team members from persistent that Persistent is doing silent layoffs and 2 of my friends there got laid off but luckily they got the job offer at a different company.

Also persistent is more focused on Google Cloud than Azure

Obviously 12.5

Yeah but I came across the glass door that they will fire the candidate if they don't get a project within a month is it so?

Persistent probably, higher salary is always better and jump in the next 2 years again

My concern is that I'm transforming into an azure data engineering role and I don't have practical knowledge in my current company I have been working as a dot net developer.
