Infosys vs Cognizant

Hi guys, please help me to choose between infosys and cognizant for databricks + pyspark skillset. Total experience 6.5 years(TCS) and 2 years relavant experience with current package as 9.99 lpa. Please share your suggestion. There are other inverviews in pipeline with HCL for 2nd tech round and accenture..

Infosys 16.5 LPA(14 fixed+2.5 variable)
