Relax, it's been just 3 months.

Many feel the same when switched to a new organisation with a new team, environment, and new work culture.
If work is not as expected have 1-1 with your manager about your expectations and decide accordingly.

Make friends and get a detailed understanding of the project & Explore the areas you can give your best.

Get out of comfortzone bro when you already took the initiative to switch. Were you expecting to have same work and manager ? You'll have to upskill lil or more and collaborate and soon you'll get accustomed to the work environment. That's how it always work. Expecting to get sweet fruits right after sowing seeds is not how things work mate.

Yes but you'll have to come back with same salary that you got in Infosys (if you join within 1 year of leaving Infosys)

Infosys might have put you in trans showing all the buildings and environments and also Mysore training if attendees giving you luxury rooms and stuff.
But outside IT is not the same. Be there in Accenture and you will love it. Accenture is far better company than infosys
