If we have bought some Infosys stock in 2008 with the help of an advisor and want to sell now but facing some issues tried calling the Infosys customer care for this what can be done in this case if we want to sell the stocks .

A bit of a strange question. In 2008 you would have a demat account and your shares would be in your demat account even if you bought it through advisor. What is the issue you are facing to sell!
