Infosys Sr. Associate consultant IL IBU
I have applied for a technology analyst role in Infosys. HR has confirmed the interview 2 weeks before and told you will receive an email the previous day of the interview date. And on the shared date I haven’t received any invites. And after the next week again I got a call and your interview will be scheduled for this week Saturday for sure. And today I have received an invite for the interview and the role mentioned as " Sr. Associate consultant". How can the role change ? And I only have 3.7 years of experience. I think the sr. Associate role for 5+ years ?. Can anyone who is working in Infosys clarify me on this please. Or if anyone has faced the same situation let me know your interview experience with me for the role.

The same thing happened to me. I suddenly received an interview email for the Sr. Associate Consultant role even though I have only 4 years of experience. Since you mentioned that you’ve already attended the interview, could you please share how it went and how many rounds you had? I have my interview scheduled for this week, so your insights would really help me prepare better.
