Infosys salary query

Infosys 13 LPA in which 10% is variable, so how much in-hand I can expect per month. And also as per new tax regime, no tax till 12 LPA does it mean 12 lpa gross salary? Like whatever we get in-hand or else pf also will it considered?

Anyone tell me how much i can expect in-hand and how much variable percentage they pay
