I've got few doubts regarding my salary account in ICICI.

When I joined the company and opened a Salary account, I didn't receive any passbook, people from my branch said, there are no passbook. Statements and everything can be tracked in mobile app. But now I'm hearing that we can get passbook. Please let me know how I can get it.
During induction, people from ICICI came and told the benefits for Infosys salary account. One thing I partially remember was I can open 5 other accounts for my family members or friends and they can also enjoy the same benefits as me. Is this true. If yes how can I achieve this?
