Trending @Infosys; Infosys Review: This company is so backward that...

  1. Poor leadership at the top level, who are so disconnected with reality that they are busy stuffing their face with money while middle management is rotting away the culture here.

  2. Search "Infosys lawsuit bias" where former employees have spoken out against the company's practices, including allegations of discrimination based on gender or caste.

  3. There is a lack of transparency in decision-making processes and hikes+promotions here. They have the audacity to pay 🥜 and expect OpenAI level of work. You get what you pay for, Infy.

What would you add here?

Associated with Infosys for almost 3 years. I'm not at all happy with the work here. Fue to below reasons.

  1. Micro Management: We have to give account to every hour we have worked.
  2. Peanut Hikes.
  3. I'm near to complete 3 yrs and I didn't receive promotion.
  4. Work Load is high. I can see my health deteriorating. (High BP, Dark circle around eyes, Hair fall 🥲 I'm just 23)

Everyday I open the e-separation portal and stare at it with tears. Then I think of my parents, which pulls me back from taking the step;

Infosys expects Onsite work at offshore at 1/5th Salary. This is Global delivery model invented by Infosys and clients.

While board of directors and stakeholders making enough money quarterly, employees not getting PLI up to mark on alibis of company's performance. If you have calculated actual PLI received in 4 quarter then might have realised that infy is giving 5-8 % less CTC promised to jl4 and jl5
