Has anyone here experienced a retention discussion during their notice period? At what stage of the 90-day notice did your management/HR reached out to you—was it early on, midway, or closer to the last few days or final week? I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experiences and insights.

It's been two weeks since I submitted my resignation. However, on the very day I initiated the e-separation process, my manager reached out to me and mentioned the possibility of a 20% retention hike, saying she would discuss it with the management.
