I am a lateral joinee, I have joined infosys in January..I have heard for lateral joinees to rejoin the infosys ..we need to complete atleast 12 months of service..is it true?

As per my knowledge its 2 years, not sure its got revised to 1 year.

Yes on Google it's saying 1 year for lateral joinees and 4 years for frshers

Yes, in case you need a change in your CTC when you rejoin Infosys it must be at least 1 year.

means..after completing 1 yr service with Infosys now.. after 5 years I can rejoin Infosys without issue right?
