Infosys rejection process
Hi All,
Surprised with the recruitment process of infosys, after clearing all the rounds, clearing the digiverifier, background checks, waited for 2 full months. Then got a mail as rejected providing reason by HR "JL5 roles have been requested to drop off the profile and my profile is dropped off and got the request from senior management. What might be the issue. After everything went well then y rejected at last moment. Pathetic recruitment process. When you feel you don't have budget or anything then you don't need to start the interview process only or anything. Now HR said again after 6 months is what we have can apply. But the position is still open in portal. Is this process relevant? Selecting and after 2 months rejecting?
Same thing happened with me now, after clearing all 3 rounds salary discussion and Digi verification for JL4, Got the the call from HR saying they have to close the candidature because certain skills didnt have requirement. There is Hiring process is so bullshit as well took 4 months to complete end to end process and in last i got this. I dont know how there Requirement process happens. But this is so pathetic and unprofessional.
Same happened with me, after one month they just drop a mail "The reasons for rejection are internal to the organization and would not be able to share the same with you. Thank you for applying to Infosys and wish you the best in your endeavors.
Beware of Indian big service giants. Try for product based companies instead.
