Infosys recruitment process post interview

I have completed two rounds one technical and one manager round, after that I have received an email to submit an application form on the career portal, I have submitted details but it was asking for photo id proof and last salary details, rest education and experience details not all documents. What are the further steps ?

I am java technical architect with 14 years of experience. How much salary should I ask for ?
