Trending @Infosys; Infosys rating and salary hike?

Hey guys, I got an outstanding rating in dec 2023 but still I have not received any increment in my salary it's April end already. Any idea when the increment will be credited? as I had planned to resign in May (thought by May there will be some increment 🙄)

Last quarter result announcement they told they have not thought till now. So if you are planning to change do change don’t wait for hike . Maybe they will give by dec like last year
