I have recently joined infy. Its not been 6 months yet am already fed up of the people working here.
I have 3+ years of experience and have come from a mid size service based startup.
No one takes responsibility here.
No one wants to work here.
My development leads are just scared to speak up.
They think if they will speak up it will come to them.
I think they pick one developer who do the work and put all the work on them only.
I am thinking of putting down my papers pn probation itself without any offers in hand.
I think they will ask me to serve 3 months.
What do you guys think ?
Relax. Nobody is forcing you to work in Infy. You can resign and leave Check your offer letter. Usually probation folks have 1 month notice period
This has become normal in Infosys, relax and upskill while you put paper down and leave. Managers don't know their team they rely on leads and leads don't do lead stuff instead pass along orders told by managers, no mentoring or lead responsibility. Norm has become to just nod heads ok I will do and follow what others do unless you really want something from your life and career then people switch.

Everyone's start is the same in Infy ..I feel it's normal so chill change the company or change the project
