Recently Infosys conducted an internal evaluation of Specialist Programmers on the bench, and many of them got negative feedback, now they are not getting project opportunities and upon contacting talent managers they informed that they have got an under performance rating and now the HR team will contact them and put them in PIP. How is the Performance improvement plan for freshers? is it tough? how to clear it?

Yes they will ask you to come to Mysore and will provide you some trainings. After trainings you need to go through an exam. Failures in the exam can lead to exit from the company. This is the PIP process for a freshers who are on the bench.
