Anyone know what is Infosys promotion policy. If someone got consecutive commendable remarks for 2 or 3 years, is there any chances for promotion or hike ?

You have to demand it. Many people will qualify based in criteria you gave. They will look at experience your actual criticality which you rating may not always show and your competition . Policy only give minimum elegibility criteria and if we go by that everyone will be a CEO in 25 years
