Trending @Infosys; Infosys progression dilema

I joined Infosys in Feb 2022 and I am in a project just after training but it's almost 2 years and 2 months I didn't get progression to senior system engineer and this year till now I didn't get any hike.Any possibility of hike or progression though I am working as azure data engineer.
