Infosys principal consultant designation vs TCS C3B

Hi All ,I received an offer from Infosys with 38 lakhs with Principal consultant designation, my current CTC is 25 lakhs in TCS and I am C3B. As part of retention TCS offering me 32 Lakhs.

Which one will be good offer me?

Any idea about lead consultant in infy, is it project manager or senior pm, someone told me consultants equivalent to pm and lead consultant is senior pm. Anyone pls confirm

No.LCON equivalent to PM(C3B in TCS), CON is equivalent to Lead(AST in TCS).

Those extra 7 lacs at least 3-4 lakhs will be variable which is now a days virtual pay means only in ctc no actual payment
