Trending @Infosys; Infosys Policy - ME to be first ratings
Guys, I joined December 2024. I'll complete a year this month. My TL says its Infosys policy to give only ME as first ratings.
Please help me understand 🙏🏻
There is no such policy/. But usually very difficult for someone to join a infy December and get a higher rating. Cause you may have joined project in Jan/Feb. and be productive withoutb any support from April may. So technically worked independently only 7-8 months till Sep 2025. Not many can become a critical contributor in such a short time .
Its not true some people got commendable ratings as well who joined last year

Not true .I joined in June 2024 .Even then i still filled up the icount .Got outstanding rating
